The world's largest travel site TripAdvisor has made an annual rating of the best hotels in Russia “Travelers' Choice Hotels” based on the results of reviews and evaluations of tourists from all over the world.
This year the Travelers' Choice Hotels’ award was given to over 40 hotels of Moscow, Sankt-Petersburg, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Samara and Irkutsk. Winners were selected in three categories: "The Best Hotel", "The most luxurious hotel" and "The Best Service".
The first in the categories of "The Best Hotel" and "The most luxurious hotel" became Swissotel Red Hills (Moscow); the second place went to Lotte Hotel Moscow, the third – to Grand Hotel Europe by Orient-Express (in the category of "The most luxurious hotel") and to Mercure Arbat Moscow (in the category of "The Best Hotel"). In the category of "The Best Service" the first place was given to St. Petersburg hotel Pushka Inn.
