Monaco - description of the city:

Monaco is the capital and one of the three cities of the tiny state of Monaco, located on the Mediterranean Sea. The city is home to 4000 people. The country is famous for preferential tax treatment, which attracts a lot of traders. Furthermore, the city is visited by 1 million tourists a year. The main industry here is the production of souvenirs. Monaco is known for the world famous Oceanographic Institute with its museum and aquarium, which director was Jacques-Yves Cousteau, and also for the Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology. Among architecture monuments the most famous are the residential quarters (16-18th centuries), the Prince's Palace of Monaco (13 – 19th centuries), and the Misericordia Chapel (17th century).
